The fourth and last lecture of Dr. Soroush regarding Hafiz, organized by the Iranian Cultural Society of GW University, was held today. The audio files are now uploaded here.

باید از صمیم قلب از آقای دکتر سروش و همه کسانی که زحمت این کار رو کشیدند تشکر کنم. واقعا مفید و پربار بود این سلسله سخنرانی های ایشان در مورد حافظ
من که دلم گرفته که تمام شد
امیدوارم برنامه های مشابه درپیش باشه
این رو بدونید که نسل ما تشنه تفسیر های بی آلایش از آثار ادبی و مسائل اجتماعی وسیاسی است
مثل صحبت های دکتر سروش
منتظر آینده هستیم
من که دلم گرفته که تمام شد

I live in Tehran and I was sent this link by a friend. I normally miss none of Dr. Soroush's lectures when he is in Tehran, which happens very rearly these years. I'm, like multitude of others, inspired by Dr's thoughts. I admire him for many reasons above all for his well-asserted courage. Besides, Dr taught the like of me how to 'think', and that was the utmost he could have than for anyone.
I, therefore, would like to thank you for your efforts and for providing access to 'food for thoughts'. My God grant you further wisedom.

I have a question about New lectures of Dr soroush about Hafez ; In this series Dr soroush takes a look at the way Hafez thinks and view the world ; but I just wonder isnt this the way Dr soroush wants to depict Hafez from the character Dr soroush created from Hafez in his mind ? how can we sure which was the true version of the Hafez and his thoughts and idea ? can we just rely on his poems as an evidence ? what do you guys think ?

I was not able to download the files and you know that the DR. Soroush site is banned in Iran . We have no access to Dr. Soroush materials.
